08/07/2010 PRODUCT REVIEW.

I attached one of the StrapKing thick leather bass straps onto my Jazz Bass and brought it into the studio. I play in a coverband here on Long Island,NY and we rehearse once a week for two hours. We play our favorite classic rock from the 60's-80's. When I come back in another life, I will the bass player for Mudvayne and perform at the Burning Man Festival, LOL, but being 51, I accept who I am and greatly enjoy playing my favorite Stones, Who, Airplane and REM songs. When we play this kind of passionate music, I'm usually slinging my bass during favorite run passages. I've had many times on stage, where the bass literally ripped off the strap. On some of my other basses, a thin stap dug into my shoulder and made it sore. This rehearsal I made through 2 hours with the bass very secure and my shoulder feeling great at the end.
